Service Coordination Officer
To facilitate the sharing of knowledge and expertise, we have established the Academy for Professional Education & Development (APED) which organizes a wide range of topics on practical strategies and skills in helping children with different developmental disorders both in Hong Kong and Greater China. We invite applications for the captioned post:
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to APED and co-ordinate training programmes and seminars
- Assist in developing new CRM system for APED
- Handle general enquiries and programme enrolment
- Assist in other duties related to service co-ordination
Requirements
- University graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably with solid exposure in training administration and customer service
- Tactful, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
- A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in using social media platforms would be preferable
- Knowledge in video production would be preferable
- Good command in both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
