Project Manager / Business Analyst (HRIS) (2 years contract)
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Assistant Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Manager for the successful delivery of project
- Gathering user requirements, liaison with vendors
- Tender preparation
- To be responsible for overall new HRIS implementation, rollout and training
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project
- Facilitate project meetings, manage and mitigate project risks, and follow-up on matters arise from meeting
- Manage vendor on deliverables and ensure project deliver on time and within budget
- To present project update and dashboards
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sizable IT projects, especially in HRIS
- Hands-on project management experience with local HRIS customization and rollout
- Have knowledge in Employment Ordinance
- A proven track record in implementation of HRIS
- Strong written skills in both English and Chinese
- A good communicator and is result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and can work under pressure and tight schedule
